Industry Sales Analysis Report

Quarterly, the CLSA provides the most accurate sales analysis report available to Canadian laboratory suppliers. This report provides sales data by category, geographic region and industry. Participating members find this report extremely informative and useful. The report is free of charge and is only available to CLSA members. All sales data submitted is completely confidential and is sent directly by participating members to our independent consultant who prepares the report.

Salary and Benefits Survey

The CLSA provides a confidential annual salary and benefits survey free of charge to participating members. The objective of the CLSA sponsored Salary Survey is to provide results based on data collected from companies that primarily sell equipment, consumables and services to the Canadian laboratory market. It is the ONLY salary survey specific to the industry and is only available to CLSA members!

Trade Shows

The CLSA organizes two annual shows held in the spring and fall each year. The shows are held in locations across Canada at major research institutes. Another show designated a “floating” show is held in a different city, in Canada, each year. The shows are only open to CLSA Members!

Promotions

The CLSA provides a quarterly newsletter to all members. The Newsletter contains feature articles on recent CLSA events, announcements and information on upcoming CLSA events and industry news. The Newsletter is also a forum for our members to send in articles of interest and feedback on the CLSA.

Education Sessions

The CLSA is the voice of the industry. The CLSA as a group is dedicated to help protect this industry for Canadians. Membership allows you input on important issues!
Education sessions are held featuring interesting, informative and inspirational guest speakers. These sessions may be full day or after hours sessions.

The CLSA encourages the growth and development of the industry and provides Members the opportunity to post jobs within their companies on our Website.

Social Networking

Annual General Meeting

The CLSA holds its annual general meeting in May each year. The meeting provides members with the opportunity to meet in a social setting. The CLSA President provides the attendees with an update on the status of the Association. In addition, a guest speaker provides a talk and the topic is always interesting, timely and given by a top ranked speaker with expertise on the topic. The speaker is followed by a wonderful dinner and opportunity to socialize and network.
